If you are starting from the center of Olafsvik, head northwest on Aðalgata road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Götugata. Turn left onto Götugata and follow it until you arrive at the coastal area. Stay on the path that runs parallel to the coastline, enjoying the scenic views of the ocean. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the Fisherman's Garden area. The Maritime Museum is located within the garden, specifically at 360 Hellissandur. Look for signs directing you to the museum.

If you have a bicycle, start at the Olafsvik town center and head northwest on Aðalgata road. Continue on this road until you reach Götugata, where you will turn left. Keep cycling toward the coastline, following the designated bike paths. This route is around 2 kilometers long and takes you through beautiful coastal scenery. Once you reach the Fisherman's Garden, park your bike and enter the garden area to find The Maritime Museum, located at 360 Hellissandur.
