Walking
If you're in the Grandi area, the National Gallery of Iceland is a short walk away. Start on Geirsgata street, heading east towards the main road, Hringbraut. Turn left on Hringbraut and walk for about 15 minutes. You will pass the Harpa Concert Hall on your left. Continue along Hringbraut until you reach the intersection with Fríkirkjuvegur. Turn right onto Fríkirkjuvegur, and you'll find the National Gallery at number 7, just a few minutes down the road.

Public Bus
From Grandi, you can take the public bus to reach the National Gallery. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the corner of Geirsgata and Hringbraut. Take bus number 1 towards 'Vogar' or number 14 towards 'Háskóli Íslands'. Get off at the 'Fríkirkjan' stop. The National Gallery is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Walk down Fríkirkjuvegur, and you will find the gallery at number 7. A single ticket costs around 490 ISK.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Grandi. Head towards Hringbraut and follow the same route as walking. The cycling distance is about 2 km and should take around 10 minutes. You can lock your bike at the bike rack outside the National Gallery.
