From the Grandi neighborhood, head east on Geirsgata Street towards the water. Continue straight until you reach the Sæbraut road. Turn left onto Sæbraut and walk along the waterfront. You will see Sun Voyager (Sólfar) on your right after approximately 1.2 kilometers, just past the Harpa Concert Hall. This iconic sculpture is located right by the sea and is a popular spot for photos.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Grandi. Cycle east on Geirsgata towards the waterfront and then turn left onto Sæbraut. The ride is scenic and takes about 5-10 minutes depending on your speed. Sun Voyager will be on your right after about 1.2 kilometers.

Although Sun Voyager is within walking distance, if you're looking for a public transport option, you can take bus number 1 from the nearest bus stop at Grandi. Board the bus towards BSI and get off at the 'Harpa' stop. From there, it's a short walk down Sæbraut to reach Sun Voyager, which is about a 5-minute walk.
