Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the city center (Lækjartorg), head towards the Harpa Concert Hall, which is located at Austurbakki 2. From Lækjartorg, walk east along Vonarstræti street for about 10 minutes until you reach the waterfront. Once you arrive at the Harpa Concert Hall, you will see the harbor directly in front of you. Continue walking along the waterfront, and you will find the entrance to the Sculpture & Shore Walk that leads you directly to the Harbor area.

    From the main bus terminal (BSÍ), take Bus Number 14 towards 'Sundlaug' and get off at the 'Harpa' stop. This journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the waterfront. The harbor will be visible from the Harpa Concert Hall. You can follow the path along the waterfront to reach the Sculpture & Shore Walk and enjoy the various sculptures along the way.
