If you are in the center of Seydisfjordur, start by heading east on the main road, Seyðisfjörður's main street, which is also known as Þjóðvegur 93. Continue walking along this road for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading towards the harbor. Turn left at this intersection and follow the road as it curves around the fjord. After approximately another 400 meters, you will see the Sculpture of Telephone Booth on your right.
