If you are driving from The Highlands, take Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading north towards Akureyri. After approximately 90 km, take the exit toward Route 76, signposted for Siglufjörður. Continue on Route 76 for about 30 km until you reach Siglufjörður. Once in the town, follow the main road until you see Snorragata on your left. The Herring Era Museum is located at Snorragata 10, 580 Siglufjörður. Parking is available nearby.
