Getting There

    To reach Craters of the Moon National Monument & Preserve from Clearwater, take US-95 S from Clearwater. Continue on US-95 S for approximately 80 miles until you reach the junction with I-84 E. Merge onto I-84 E and drive for about 20 miles. Take exit 169 for ID-75 N toward Sun Valley. Continue on ID-75 N for about 40 miles until you reach ID-20 E. Merge onto ID-20 E and follow it for approximately 22 miles. Watch for signs to Craters of the Moon National Monument, and turn left onto the entrance road. The park entrance will be on your right. Note that there is an entrance fee of $20 per vehicle, which is valid for 7 days.
