Ride for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Walmart stop. From there, transfer to the bus that goes towards Portland, ME, which operates on a regular schedule. Once on the bus to Portland, enjoy the scenic ride. After about 1.5 hours, disembark at the designated Portland bus station. From the bus station, take the local Portland public transit bus towards the waterfront, getting off at the Thames St stop. The Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad is just a short walk down Thames St, located at 49 Thames St.

    If you are near the riverfront in Lewiston, head south towards Main St. Walk along Main St until you reach the intersection with 6th Ave. Continue straight onto 6th Ave, then take a left onto Washington St. Follow Washington St until you reach the intersection with Pine St. Turn right on Pine St, and then continue until you find the bus station where you can catch a bus to Portland. Once in Portland, follow the earlier instructions to reach the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad.
