If you are driving from downtown Ketchum, head north on ID-75 N. Continue for about 15 miles until you reach the junction with ID-20 W. Merge onto ID-20 W and continue for approximately 9 miles. Take the exit for ID-55 N towards Banks. Follow ID-55 N for about 20 miles until you reach Banks. From Banks, turn onto Banks Lowman Rd and follow the signs to the WildLife Canyon Scenic Byway. The drive is approximately 45 miles and will take around 1 hour.

Currently, public transportation options are limited in Wood River Valley. However, you may take a bus from Ketchum to Boise via the Mountain Rides Public Transportation system. From Boise, you will need to rent a car or arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to get to Banks, then follow Banks Lowman Rd to the WildLife Canyon Scenic Byway. Be sure to check the Mountain Rides schedule for the latest route information and fares.
