From Cicero, walk to the nearest bus stop on Cicero Avenue. Take the CTA Bus #54A to the 'Cicero & 47th' stop. From there, transfer to the CTA Bus #62 and ride it until you reach the 'Peoria & 39th' stop. Once you get off, walk east for about 3 blocks on W Exchange Ave until you reach the intersection with S Peoria St. The Union Stockyards Gate will be on your left.

Head to the nearest Pink Line station, which is located at 18th and Cicero. Board the Pink Line train towards 18th and Damen. Ride until you reach the 'Western' station. Transfer to the #49 Western bus heading south. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Western & Exchange' stop. From there, walk a short distance east along W Exchange Ave, and you will arrive at the Union Stockyards Gate at the intersection of W Exchange Ave and S Peoria St.

If you're near the Cicero Community Park, you can walk directly to the Union Stockyards Gate. Head north on Cicero Ave, then turn left onto W 47th St. Walk until you reach S Peoria St. Turn right and continue walking south until you reach W Exchange Ave. The Union Stockyards Gate will be right at the intersection.
