If you are driving, head south on Great River Road (IL-100) towards Alton. Continue on IL-100 until you reach the junction with I-55 in Alton. Merge onto I-55 South and follow it for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 40A toward Convention Plaza/ I-44 E, and continue straight onto Convention Plaza. Turn left onto Chestnut St, and Kiener Plaza Park will be on your right at 500 Chestnut St.

If you're using public transportation, take the MetroLink light rail from any station along the Great River Road to the 8th & Pine station in St. Louis.
