    From any location within Illinois Beach State Park, head south on North Lake Shore Drive (IL-131) until you reach the intersection with East Grand Avenue (US-132). Turn left onto East Grand Avenue and follow it until you reach North Green Bay Road (IL-43). Turn right onto North Green Bay Road and continue heading south until you reach Waukegan Dunes located at 540-562 E Sea Horse Dr, Waukegan, IL 60085. Look for parking near the beach area. Note that parking may have a fee, so be prepared for any associated costs.
