The carriage house, originally designed to house horses and carriages, was later converted into a garage in 1906 with the advent of the automobile. Visitors can explore the carriage house as part of a tour of the Deere-Wiman House estate. The main house features unique innovations such as an elevator dating back to the 1890s, a Kimball pipe organ, and a multi-nozzle spa shower.
