If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto I-57 S from your current location in Southern Illinois. Continue on I-57 S for approximately 25 miles until you reach the exit for IL-146 W toward Anna. Merge onto IL-146 W and follow it for about 15 miles, then turn right onto IL-3 N. After about 5 miles, turn left onto Butter Ridge Rd. Continue on Butter Ridge Rd for about 1 mile, and you will arrive at the Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge, located at 1042 Butter Ridge Rd, Ullin, IL 62992.
