From the Indiana Statehouse (200 W Washington St), head west on Washington St toward S Meridian St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with W Ohio St, turn left and walk for about 0.2 miles. The 9/11 Memorial is located at 421 W Ohio St, on your right side. The total walking distance is approximately 0.7 miles, and it should take around 15-20 minutes.

If you're near the Indiana Convention Center, you can take the IndyGo Bus Route 8 (Washington St.) towards the west. Board the bus at the nearest stop, and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop at W Ohio St. and N West St. From there, walk about 2 minutes east on W Ohio St. to reach the 9/11 Memorial at 421 W Ohio St. The bus fare is $1.75.
