If you are starting from the Michigan City Public Library located at 100 E 4th St, head east on 4th St towards Pine St. Turn left onto Pine St and continue for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with E 2nd St. Turn right onto E 2nd St and walk for another 0.5 miles. You will pass several local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Franklin St. Turn left onto Franklin St and follow it as it curves into Pottawattamie Park. The China Bridge will be located within Pottawattamie Park.
Bicycle

From the Michigan City Skatepark located at 451 W 2nd St, head southwest on W 2nd St. After about 0.4 miles, turn right onto E 10th St. Continue on E 10th St for about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto Franklin St. Follow Franklin St for approximately 0.6 miles until you arrive at Pottawattamie Park. The China Bridge is located within the park area.
Public Transit

Take the Michigan City Transit bus (Route 1) from the Michigan City Transit Center. Ride the bus towards the Pottawattamie Park stop. It is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive at the Pottawattamie Park stop, walk north towards the park entrance. Follow the paths within Pottawattamie Park to reach The China Bridge.
