Merge onto I-465 N and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 38 for I-65 S toward Louisville. After about 4 miles, take exit 113A for I-70 E toward Dayton. Continue on I-70 E for about 6 miles, then take exit 83A for Meridian St. Turn left onto N Meridian St, then right onto E Washington St. Continue straight until you reach Monument Circle. The Soldiers & Sailors Monument will be on your left at 1 Monument Cir, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
