Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from anywhere in Northwest Indiana, take I-90 W (Indiana Toll Road) towards Chicago. Continue on I-90 W and merge onto I-94 W toward Chicago. Stay on I-94 W for about 15 miles. Take exit 51C for I-90 W toward Wisconsin. After a short while, take the exit for I-290 E toward the Loop. Follow the signs for I-290 E and merge onto the Eisenhower Expressway. Continue on I-290 E as it becomes Congress Parkway. After passing through the Congress Plaza area, turn left at S Dearborn St. The Marquette Building will be on your right at 140 S Dearborn St. Parking is available in nearby garages, with costs typically ranging from $10 to $30 based on duration.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, you can take the South Shore Line train from various stations in Northwest Indiana (e.g., Hammond, East Chicago, Gary) to Millennium Station in Chicago. The train ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Millennium Station, exit the station and walk to the nearby 'State/Lake' 'L' station. Take the Brown Line or Green Line trains to the 'Clark/Lake' station. From there, transfer to the Red Line and get off at the 'Harold Washington' station. Walk south on S State St, then turn left on W Adams St and finally right onto S Dearborn St. The Marquette Building will be on your left at 140 S Dearborn St. Expect to pay around $10 for the South Shore Line ticket and $2.50 for the 'L' train fare.
