If you're driving from anywhere in Northwest Indiana, take I-90 East towards Chicago. Merge onto I-94 East and continue for about 30 miles. Take exit 51B toward I-55 South. Merge onto I-55 South and remain on this road for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 292A for W Roosevelt Rd, then continue on Roosevelt Rd for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto S Peoria St, where you will find the Union Stockyards Gate at the intersection with W Exchange Ave. Parking may be available on the street, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions.

To reach the Union Stockyards Gate via public transport, start by taking the South Shore Line train from any station in Northwest Indiana towards Chicago. Get off at the Millennium Station in downtown Chicago. From there, transfer to the 'L' train and take the Orange Line towards Midway. Get off at the Ashland stop. From Ashland, board the #8 Halsted bus heading south. After about 15 minutes, get off at the W Exchange Ave/S Peoria St stop. The Union Stockyards Gate will be right in front of you.
