If you're traveling by car, head towards Probolinggo Regency in East Java. From Surabaya, which is about 2.5 to 3 hours away, take the Jl. Ahmad Yani road by following the signs to Probolinggo. Once you reach Probolinggo, continue on Jl. Raya Probolinggo - Bromo, and follow the signs towards Lumbang. About 20 km before reaching Lumbang, you will see signage for Madakaripura Waterfall. Park your vehicle in the designated area, and prepare for a short hike.

From Surabaya, you can take a bus from the Bungurasih Bus Terminal to Probolinggo. The journey takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
