From the center of Manado, head to the nearest bus terminal, called Terminal Malalayang. Look for a bus heading towards Langowan. The fare is usually affordable, around IDR 20,000-30,000. Once you are on the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off near Noongan Tiga, Langowan Barat. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. After you arrive in Langowan, you may need to walk or take a local angkot (minibus) to reach the exact location of Soputan.

If you are already in Langowan, look for angkots that go towards Noongan Tiga. They are usually waiting at bus stops or you can hail one from the side of the street. The fare should be around IDR 10,000. Make sure to tell the driver your destination, and they will drop you off at the closest point to Soputan. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
