For those using public transportation, head to the local bus terminal in Rantepao. Look for buses heading towards Makale and specifically ask the driver to drop you off at Kelurahan Tosapan. The fare is usually around IDR 20,000. Once you arrive at Kelurahan Tosapan, you can either walk or hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) to take you to Tongkonan Barebatu Santung, which is approximately 5 km away.
