Car

From Ubud, head east on Jalan Raya Ubud towards Jalan Raya Sayan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Gunung Agung. Turn right onto Jalan Gunung Agung, following the signs to Besakih. Drive for approximately 1 hour. You will pass through several villages and scenic rice fields. Once you reach Besakih, look for signs directing you to Base Camp Gunung Agung, which is located at JFM8+6C6, Besakih, Rendang, Karangasem Regency, Bali 80863. Parking is available near the Base Camp, and there may be a parking fee of around IDR 10,000 per vehicle.

From Ubud, take a bemo (public minibus) or a shuttle bus heading to Klungkung. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Besakih Temple. The fare is approximately IDR 20,000.
