If you are starting from Sorong, drive south on Jalan Raya Sorong-Mambruk. After about 1.5 hours, you will arrive at the port of Sorong. From there, head to the ferry terminal located at Pelabuhan Sorong, where you can purchase a ticket for a ferry to Waisai, the capital of Raja Ampat. The ferry ride takes approximately 2 hours. Once in Waisai, rent a local boat or arrange for a transfer to Telaga Bintang, which is located in Saukabu, Waigeo Barat Kepulauan. The boat ride may take around 30-45 minutes depending on sea conditions. Be sure to check ferry schedules in advance as they can vary.
