Ray Dr. You can start at the intersection of 3rd St and Locust St. Walk east on Locust St for a block until you reach 4th St. Turn right onto 4th St and continue south until you reach Robert D. Ray Dr. Turn left onto Robert D. Ray Dr, and the Robert D. Ray Asian Garden will be on your right at the corner of Robert D. Ray Dr and the riverwalk.
