Catch the DTA bus (Dubuque Transit Authority) at any downtown stop. Take Route 3 or Route 4, which both stop near 4th Street. Get off at the stop closest to 4th Street and Main Street. From there, walk west along 4th Street for about 0.4 miles until you arrive at 491 W 4th St.
