Once on I-29, take exit 75 toward US-30 W. Merge onto US-30 W and continue for about 8 miles. Take the exit toward 316th Ln and turn left onto 316th Ln. Continue driving for approximately 1 mile, and you'll see the entrance to DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge on your left. The exact address is 1434 316th Ln, Missouri Valley, IA 51555. Parking is available on-site and is free.
