From Pikes Peak State Park, exit the park and head north on Pikes Peak Road. Merge onto IA-35 N via the ramp to Manchester. Take the exit for Independence, and turn left onto 2nd Ave NW. Continue onto IA-150 N for approximately 6 miles, then turn right onto Quasqueton Diagonal Blvd. Cedar Rock State Park - Lowell and Agnes Walter Estate will be on your right at 2611 Quasqueton Diagonal Blvd, Independence, IA 50644.
