If you are already in Al-Kadhimiya, the shrine is easily accessible by foot. Head towards Al-Kadhimiya Street, the main road in the area. Walk north, following pedestrian pathways, until you see the prominent golden domes and minarets of the shrine. The shrine is located approximately 1 kilometer north of the center of Al-Kadhimiya.

From other parts of Baghdad, you can take a public bus to Kadhimiya. Look for bus stops along major streets and take a bus heading towards Kadhimiya Shrine. The bus fare is generally around 500 IQD (Iraqi Dinar). Inform the bus conductor that you are heading to Al Kadhimain, and they will drop you off at a stop close to the shrine.
