From Ardara, take the N56 road towards Killybegs. After approximately 6km, turn right onto the unnamed road towards Maghera Beach. The waterfall is located along this road, about 2km from the turn, with a small parking area available. Parking is free.

Take a Bus Éireann bus from Donegal Town to Ardara. From Ardara, you can take a local taxi to Assaranca Waterfall, which is approximately 8km away. Taxi fares typically range from €15-€20. Alternatively, you can walk from Ardara along the R261, which is about 8km and takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

If you are already in the vicinity of Leaconnell, the waterfall is located 1km past the village on the way to Maghera Beach. Follow the road, and you will find the waterfall on the side of the road. Be cautious of traffic as you approach.
