Bus
From Drogheda town center, walk to the Drogheda Bus Station located at the Fair Green. Take the Bus Eireann Route 163 towards Dublin. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Howth. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Howth, follow the signs towards the cliff paths which lead to The Summit.
Train
Head to Drogheda Train Station, located on Donore Road. Take the Irish Rail service towards Dublin Connolly Station. After about 30 minutes, get off at Howth Junction Station. From there, switch to the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) and take it towards Howth. The train ride takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Howth Station, exit and follow the signs for the cliff walk, which will lead you to The Summit.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can start from the center of Drogheda and head towards the River Boyne. Follow the river toward the east until you reach the coastal path. However, this is quite a long walk (about 12 km) and may take several hours. It's recommended to take public transport for a more convenient journey.
