If you are starting from Kilkenny Castle, exit the castle grounds and head towards the main road, Castle Road. Turn left onto the road and continue straight until you reach the junction with the Parade. Turn right onto the Parade and walk straight until you reach the traffic lights. Cross the road and continue straight onto High Street. Walk until you reach the bus station. From there, you can take a bus to Waterford. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

From Kilkenny city center, make your way to the Kilkenny Bus Station located on the MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre. Look for the bus service to Waterford, which is operated by companies like Bus Éireann. Purchase your ticket at the station or onboard the bus. Once on the bus, sit back and enjoy the scenic drive to Waterford. After arriving at Waterford Bus Station, exit and head towards the city center. The House of Waterford is located about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Head south on the Mall, and you'll find it at 28 The Mall.
