If you are driving from Killarney National Park, head west on the N71 road towards Kenmare. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the outskirts of Kenmare. As you approach the town, look for signs directing you to the R568 road. Turn left onto R568, and continue for about 5 kilometers. Bonane Heritage Park will be on your right. There is ample parking available at the park.

To reach Bonane Heritage Park using public transport from Killarney, you can take a bus from Killarney to Kenmare. The bus journey typically takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Kenmare, you can either walk or take a taxi to Bonane Heritage Park, which is approximately 5 kilometers from the town center. If you choose to walk, head west on the R568 road until you reach the park entrance. The taxi fare from Kenmare to Bonane Heritage Park should be around €10-€15.
