Follow the N11 until you reach the R118 exit towards Dalkey. Continue on the R118 and follow the signs for Dalkey. Once in Dalkey, follow Victoria Road until you reach Mount Mapas House, which is the address for the Killiney Hill Viewpoint. Parking is available near the viewpoint, but please check for any parking fees that may apply.
