Car
From the Wicklow Mountains, take the N11 road towards Dublin. Follow the N11 for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction for the M50 motorway. Merge onto the M50 towards the North. After about 10 km, take the exit for the N4 towards Dublin City Centre. Continue on the N4 until you reach the city center. Follow signs for the city center, leading you onto O'Connell Street. From O'Connell Street, turn onto Parnell Square and then take a right onto Kildare Street. Leinster House will be located on your left at Kildare St, Dublin 2, D02 TK75. Note that parking in Dublin can be limited, so consider using public parking facilities nearby.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, start by taking a bus from any location within the Wicklow Mountains to Wicklow Town. From Wicklow Town, catch a Bus Éireann service (Route 133) towards Dublin. The bus will take you directly to the city center. Once you arrive at the Dublin Bus Station, walk towards O'Connell Street and then follow the directions to Kildare Street. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, you can take the Luas (light rail) from O'Connell to St. Stephen's Green and walk to Leinster House from there. The bus fare is approximately €10, and the Luas fare will be around €2.50.
