You will want to get off at the 'Tzahal Square' stop in Jerusalem. From there, you can catch the light rail or take a short walk to the Wohl Archaeological Museum located on Karaite Street. The museum is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head east on King George Street, turn left onto Hillel Street, and then right onto Karaite Street until you reach the museum.
