If you are starting from the Jaffa Gate, exit the Old City and head east along Jaffa Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with David Street. Turn left onto David Street and walk until you reach the Western Wall Plaza. The Western Wall Excavations are located just behind the Western Wall area, accessible through designated pathways.

For those near the central bus station, take bus number 1 or 38 towards the Old City. Get off at the stop named 'Western Wall'. From there, follow the signs leading to the Western Wall Plaza. The Western Wall Excavations are located behind the Western Wall. Be aware of the walking distance from the bus stop to the excavation site.

Walking from the Old City
If you are already within the Old City, make your way to the Western Wall. From the entrance at the Western Wall Plaza, head towards the left side where you will find signs directing you to the Western Wall Excavations. The path is well-marked and will lead you through the historical site.
