From Modi'in, walk to the Modi'in Central Bus Station. Once there, take bus line 101 or 102 towards Jerusalem. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Jerusalem - Central Bus Station' stop. From the bus station, look for bus line 12 or 78 which will take you towards 'Ha-Tzukim Ln'. Get off at the 'Ha-Tzukim Ln' stop, and the Church of Saint John the Baptist will be a short walk from there.

Head to the Modi'in Train Station which is located in the city center. Take a train towards Tel Aviv and get off at the 'Lod' station. At Lod, transfer to a train heading towards Jerusalem. Get off at 'Jerusalem - Yitzhak Navon' station. From there, exit the train station and take bus line 12 or 78 towards 'Ha-Tzukim Ln'. Get off at the 'Ha-Tzukim Ln' stop, and you will find the Church of Saint John the Baptist nearby.

If you are in the city center of Modi'in, you can follow the signs towards the Modi'in Central Bus Station. From there, head to the bus stop and take bus line 101 or 102 towards Jerusalem.
