Getting There

    From Aosta, take the SS26 road heading north towards Courmayeur. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Cogne (SS580). Follow the SS580 for about 24 km until you reach the town of Cogne, which is one of the main gateways to Parco Nazionale Gran Paradiso. There is a parking area near the visitor center where you can leave your car. Note that parking may incur a small fee.

    From Aosta, take the regional bus operated by SAVDA towards Cogne. Buses typically run several times a day. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Be sure to check the latest bus schedule for departure times. Once you arrive in Cogne, you can walk to the visitor center which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. The bus fare is around €7-€10.
