Walking
From the Arezzo train station, exit the station and head towards Viale Amendola. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach Piazza della Libertà. At the Piazza, turn left onto Corso Italia and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach the end of Corso Italia, you will arrive at Piazza Grande. From there, take Via dell'Orto, which will lead you to the edge of the historic center. Continue straight until you reach a fork and take the right path onto Via Roma. This street will take you towards the Città di Castello bus station. Once you arrive at the bus station, find the bus that goes to Città di Castello, and board it. After approximately 1 hour of travel, you will arrive at Città di Castello. Upon arrival, navigate towards Piazza Gabriotti, which is only a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

From the Arezzo train station, walk to the nearby bus terminal located next to the train station. Look for the buses heading towards Città di Castello; they are usually marked clearly. Purchase your ticket from the ticket machine or the bus driver. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Città di Castello bus station, exit the station and head straight for about 300 meters. Take a left onto Via della Libertà, continue straight until you reach Piazza Gabriotti. The Municipio di Città di Castello is located directly in the square.
