    If you are in the center of Assisi, start at Piazza del Comune, which is a central hub. From the Piazza, head towards the Basilica di Santa Chiara, located at the end of Corso Giuseppe Mazzini. Once you reach the Basilica, continue straight along Via Francesco. This will lead you out of the main tourist area and into a more residential part of Assisi. Follow Via Francesco until you reach the intersection with Via Cappuccini. Turn left onto Via Cappuccini and continue walking until you arrive at Arco Romano, which will be on your right.

    From the Assisi train station, take the local bus heading towards Spello. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Spello stop. From the bus stop, head towards Via Cappuccini, where you’ll find Arco Romano. It is a short walk from the bus stop, and you can follow the signs to the historical landmark.
