If you are starting from the Basilica of San Francesco, head southwest on Via Frate Elia, following the signs for the town center. Continue straight until you reach Piazza del Comune. From there, take Via Santa Maria delle Rose, which will lead you toward the main square. Once you reach Piazza della Repubblica, look for the Town Hall located at the far side of the square.
