From the Basilica of San Francesco, head southeast on Via Francesco d'Assisi towards Via Portica. Continue straight onto Via San Francesco, then turn left onto Via San Giovanni. Follow this road until you reach Piazza del Comune. From the piazza, take Via Bartolomeo Caporali on your right. Continue straight until you reach Via Giovanni di Bonino. Turn left, and you will find Clarisse di San Quirico at number 5 on your right.

Starting from the Assisi train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take the bus to Piazza Matteotti. Once you arrive at Piazza Matteotti, walk towards Via del Comune Nuovo and then turn right onto Via San Francesco. Continue until you reach Piazza del Comune, then follow the previous directions from there to Clarisse di San Quirico.
