Walking
From the central Piazza del Comune, head south on Via Bartolomeo Borghesi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Francesco. Turn left onto Via San Francesco and walk until you reach the Basilica di San Francesco. From there, take Via Giovanni di Bonino which is located next to the Basilica. Continue along Via Giovanni di Bonino for about 500 meters until you reach the Clarisse di San Quirico at number 5.

If you are starting from the Assisi train station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop. Take bus number 1 towards the town center (Piazza del Comune). Once you arrive at the Piazza del Comune, follow the previous walking direction: head south on Via Bartolomeo Borghesi, turn left onto Via San Francesco, and then turn onto Via Giovanni di Bonino. After approximately 500 meters, you will arrive at Clarisse di San Quirico.

From the Rocca Maggiore (the fortress), exit the fortress area and head down towards Via Frate Elia. At the bottom of the hill, turn right and continue on Via Frate Elia until it merges into Via Giovanni di Bonino. Follow Via Giovanni di Bonino for about 300 meters to reach Clarisse di San Quirico at number 5.
