If you are starting from the Basilica di San Francesco, head north on Viale Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue straight until you reach the Piazza del Comune. Starting from the Assisi train station, exit and walk to the bus stop for the local bus to Assisi. Take the bus headed to 'Piazza Matteotti'. Once you arrive at Piazza Matteotti, exit the bus and walk towards the Piazza del Comune. It is about a 10-minute walk; just follow the signs to Piazza del Comune, and you will find I.A.T. at Piazza del Comune, 10.
