Here, take a left onto Via Ugo Bassi and walk until you arrive at the bus terminal, Stazione Autolinee in Piazza XX Settembre. At the bus terminal, look for bus number 20 or 58 heading towards 'San Luca'.

Once you are on bus number 20 or 58, stay on for about 15-20 minutes. The bus will take you through the outskirts of Bologna. You will need to get off at the stop 'San Luca'. After getting off, you will see signs directing you towards the Portici di San Luca. Walk up the hill following the path that leads to the iconic portico. The walk will take approximately 10 minutes, and you will be treated to beautiful views of Bologna as you ascend.
