The Chiesa di San Jacopo Soprarno will be on your right at number 34.

From the Santa Maria Novella train station, exit towards Piazza della Stazione. Look for the bus stop and take bus number 11 or 17 towards 'Viale Fratelli Rosselli'. Get off at the stop 'Ponte Vecchio'. From there, walk straight down Via Guicciardini until you reach Borgo San Jacopo. Turn right onto Borgo San Jacopo, and you will find Chiesa di San Jacopo Soprarno at number 34.
