Walking
If you are starting from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), head east on Via dell'Oriuolo towards Piazza San Lorenzo. Continue straight until you reach Via dei Calzaiuoli. Turn left onto Via dei Calzaiuoli and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Piazza della Signoria. From there, take Via delle Terme, which will lead you towards Via dell'Arte della Lana. The Church and Museum of Orsanmichele will be on your right at the end of this street.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Santa Maria Novella train station, take bus line C2 towards 'Piazza della Libertà'. Get off at the 'Piazza San Giovanni' stop. From there, walk towards Via dei Calzaiuoli, and head north until you reach Piazza della Signoria. Turn onto Via delle Terme, which leads to Via dell'Arte della Lana, where the Church and Museum of Orsanmichele is located.
Walking
If you are near the Uffizi Gallery, exit the gallery and head towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and turn left onto the riverbank. Walk along the Arno River until you reach the next bridge, then cross back towards the center. You will find yourself near Piazza della Signoria. From there, follow the same route to Via delle Terme and then to Via dell'Arte della Lana to reach the Church and Museum of Orsanmichele.
