If you are near the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), start at Piazza del Duomo. Head south on Via dei Calzaiuoli, a main shopping street. The Church and Museum of Orsanmichele will be on your left at Via dell'Arte della Lana.

If you are at the Uffizi Gallery, exit the gallery and walk towards the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge and then take a right onto Via Guicciardini. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Signoria. From there, follow the previous directions along Via dei Gondi to reach Orsanmichele.
