Bus
From the center of Florence, head to the Santa Maria Novella bus station (Stazione di Santa Maria Novella). Take the bus line 130 towards San Gimignano. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at San Gimignano, get off at the stop 'San Gimignano Piazza della Libertà'. From there, walk towards Via San Giovanni, then take a right on Località S. Donato. Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara will be on your left after about a 15-minute walk.

Start at the Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence. Take a train to Poggibonsi, which typically takes around 1 hour. Upon arriving at Poggibonsi, transfer to a bus heading to San Gimignano. After about 30 minutes on the bus, get off at the 'San Gimignano Piazza della Libertà' stop. Walk from there towards Via San Giovanni, take a right on Località S. Donato, and follow the path for roughly 15 minutes until you reach Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara.
