    If you are starting from Florence, head to the Santa Maria Novella bus station (Stazione di Santa Maria Novella). From there, take the bus operated by 'SITA' to San Gimignano. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Gimignano bus station, exit and head towards the town center, following the signs for 'Piazza Duomo'. The Palazzo Comunale, Pinacoteca, and Torre Grossa are located at Piazza Duomo, 2, which is just a 5-minute walk from the bus station.

    Begin your journey from Florence's Santa Maria Novella train station. Take a train to Poggibonsi, which is about a 40-minute ride. At Poggibonsi train station, transfer to a bus that goes to San Gimignano. The bus ride from Poggibonsi to San Gimignano takes around 30 minutes. After arriving at the San Gimignano bus station, it's a short 10-minute walk to Piazza Duomo where you will find Palazzo Comunale, Pinacoteca, and Torre Grossa.
