If you are near the Uffizi Gallery, exit the gallery and turn right onto Piazzale degli Uffizi. Walk straight until you reach the Arno River and turn left onto Lungarno degli Acciaiuoli. Continue walking until you reach Ponte Santa Trinita. Cross the bridge and head straight onto Piazza di Santa Trinita. The museum is located at Piazza di Santa Trinita, 5R.

From the Santa Maria Novella train station, exit the station and head east on Via della Scala. Turn left onto Via Nazionale and walk straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, head towards Via degli Strozzi and then take a right onto Via de' Pecori. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Signoria, then follow the directions from there to Ponte Vecchio and onto Piazza di Santa Trinita where the museum is located.

Although the museum is best accessed by walking, you can take a bus from the central bus station. Look for bus number 11 or 36, which travels towards the Santa Trinita stop. Once you get off at Santa Trinita, walk towards the Piazza di Santa Trinita, and the museum will be located at 5R.
